In the restaurant at 46 Gogol Street, we dreamed of creating a logical "trilogy": "Living Souls". "Live wine." "Live communication". Wine is a living product, a gift of nature, always able to present surprises – mostly pleasant, joyful, memorable. First of all, we proceed from the principles of reasonable sufficiency and the universal minimum.
Living Souls is a restaurant in form and a cafe in content. That's why the restaurant is a poem. The restaurant's logo features Gogol's famous profile with his epic nose. Simplicity is the ultimate indicator of sophistication.”
The most difficult thing is to create a delightful simplicity that does not need to be explained with abstruse concepts. It's about business models, and about food, and about design and everything that surrounds us.
